These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Benelux Metrics (the "Service"), available at https://beneluxmetrics.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you import short-form video content, prepare titles/descriptions, queue that content, and publish it to a YouTube channel that you personally own and connect via Google Sign-In/OAuth. All publishing actions are performed on your instruction, to your own connected channel.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Connecting Your YouTube Account

• You authorize the Service to upload videos to your own YouTube channel on your behalf, only in response to actions you take inside the Service (manual publish, or an automatic schedule you configure yourself).
• You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the "YouTube Account" page inside the Service, or by revoking access from your Google Account permissions page.
• You remain solely responsible for complying with YouTube's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for any content published to your channel.

4. Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content that infringes third-party intellectual property or other rights;
• Upload or publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls of the Service or of connected third-party APIs (including the YouTube Data API);
• Use the Service to publish content on behalf of a YouTube channel you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

You are solely responsible for the content you import, edit, queue, and publish through the Service.

5. Automatic (Scheduled) Publishing

If you enable automatic/scheduled publishing, you acknowledge that videos you have queued will be published to your connected YouTube channel automatically, at the days/times and frequency you configure, without a further manual confirmation step. You can disable automatic publishing, or remove items from your queue, at any time before they are published.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, including where required by changes to third-party APIs (such as the YouTube Data API) or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benelux Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken against your YouTube channel by YouTube/Google as a result of content you chose to publish.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, misuse of connected third-party APIs, or as required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
